This web site exists to present my stock photography. It would be great if you, the human visitor, view download or buy my images. However my main goal is to experiment with search engine optimization as it relates to promoting keyworded stock images.
My camera
I use a Nikon D80 camera. It has a big fancy lense on it — I'm not sure what its official name is, but is says "AF NIKKOR 28-105mm".
I use the highest possible quality settings. The camera saves to both RAW and JPEG.
Post processing
I use Google's Picasa 3.5 to organize the images on my computer. For my 2009-10-30 shoot, I used the "I'm Feeling Lucky" setting to adjust color and brightness. I use Picasa to enter my keywords and captions directly into the IPTC fields of the JPEG. This website then is able to extract those keywords and captions when the images are uploaded.
